All Nuavia Home orders include free standard shipping to the following countries:

Europe: Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland

Outside Europe: United Kingdom, United States

Order processing

Before your order is dispatched, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and preparation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times

The following times are from the date of dispatch:

• Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 7–10 business days
• France, Germany, Austria: 8–12 business days
• Italy, Spain, Portugal: 9–13 business days
• Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland: 10–14 business days
• United Kingdom: 10–14 business days
• United States: 12–18 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

We currently do not ship to: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Moldova, and other non-EU countries not listed above.

Returns

We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The original packaging must be intact
• A proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at care@nuaviahome.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
