What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Klarna.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days within Europe, and 12–18 business days for Australia, Canada and the United States. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across Europe, and to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full list of countries we deliver to.

Do you deliver to Australia?
Yes — we ship to every Australian state and territory, with free standard shipping and full tracking. Delivery usually takes 12–18 business days from dispatch, with a few extra days for remote and regional addresses.

Do you deliver to Canada?
Yes — we ship to every Canadian province and territory, with free standard shipping and full tracking. Delivery usually takes 12–18 business days from dispatch, with a few extra days for northern and remote addresses.

Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Orders to Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States are shipped duty unpaid. Any import duties, GST, HST/PST or customs fees charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

Is shipping free?
Yes — all orders include free shipping, including deliveries to Australia and Canada.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Can I return an order from outside Europe?
Yes. The same 30-day window applies from Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. Contact us at care@nuaviahome.com and we will send return instructions — we recommend a tracked service, as return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or misdescribed items apply in addition to this policy.

Products

Are your sofas really vacuum-compressed?
Yes. Our compressed sofas are vacuum-sealed and delivered in a compact box. They expand to full size within a few hours of unboxing.

What materials are used?
Our sofas use OEKO-TEX certified fabrics and high-density sponge. Our lighting is crafted from resin, marble, and powder-coated metal.

Do your lights work with Australian and Canadian power outlets?
Our mains-powered lighting is supplied with an EU plug. A Type I adapter is required in Australia, and a Type A/B adapter in Canada. Battery and USB-rechargeable pieces work anywhere.
